Mercer University and Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC) support students' efficient and smooth transition from GPTC associate degree programs to Mercer bachelor's degree programs.

Turn your GPTC associate degree into a Mercer bachelor’s degree

Through the partnership between Mercer University and Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC), students who earn an associate degree from GPTC may transfer to Mercer to complete a bachelor’s degree in any of the following programs. This Mercer Next program focuses on a 2+2 pathway for students seeking to pursue a bachelor’s degree at Mercer upon graduation from GPTC.

Note: Mercer will evaluate all previously earned credits for transfer credit eligibility, including courses not listed in the agreement.
