    Endorsements are training for certified teachers who want to add expertise in specific areas. Students who hold a master’s degree in an approved content area from a regionally-accredited institution may apply for an endorsement program. The Autism Endorsement is available to certified teachers who hold a valid Level 4 teaching certificate. This endorsement will provide the certified teacher with knowledge and competencies to work with students on the autism spectrum. Endorsement courses are fully online; however, candidates will be required to complete a field-based component. (This program requires previous teacher certification.)
