Required COVID-19 Screening Survey For All Vaccinated Students

The health and well-being of our students, faculty and staff remains our top priority. As a Mercer family, we must all do our part to uphold and adhere to established protocols to respect others and support the health and safety of all Mercerians and visitors.

Prior to beginning summer semester classes on campus or moving into student housing, all vaccinated students must complete a brief, COVID-19 screening questionnaire.

The questionnaire opens when you log in to your MyMercer account. You can also click on “COVID Questionnaire” under the “Self-Help Center” link on the left side of the page in MyMercer. You will receive instructions based on your questionnaire responses.

Although the risk that fully vaccinated people could become infected with COVID-19 is low, any fully vaccinated person who experiences symptoms consistent with COVID-19 should be tested immediately. The symptomatic, fully vaccinated person should inform their healthcare provider of their vaccination status at the time of testing.

You must receive clearance by Mercer Medicine in order to return to campus.
