On-Campus Testing

If you are symptomatic for COVID-19, regardless of your vaccination status, immediately call the Campus Health Center’s COVID-19 Hotline at (478) 301-7425 during regular business hours to schedule a testing appointment.

If you are asymptomatic and would like to get tested on campus, please go to go.mercer.edu/covidappt to schedule a testing appointment on the Macon or Atlanta campus.

Please note that there have been recent changes to insurance coverage for COVID-19 testing. If you are being tested due to being symptomatic or exposed to someone who recently tested positive for COVID-19, Mercer Medicine will bill your insurance for testing. Otherwise, you will be required to pay $90 for COVID-19 testing at the Campus Health Centers.

Off-Campus Testing

If you test positive for COVID-19, submit your off-campus result to mytestreport@mercer.edu. Type “Macon Test” in the subject line if you are on the Macon, Savannah, or Columbus campus. Type “Atlanta Test” in the subject line if you are on the Atlanta, Henry, or Douglas campus. In the body of the email, type your full legal name and Mercer ID.

Mercer Medicine accepts positive PCR and antigen (called rapid) tests from testing facilities. Home tests are not accepted.
