International Travel Registration
Last week you received an email from me requesting that you contact the Human Resources office if you were returning from travel outside of the United States. Thank you so much for cooperating with this request.
As we continue to respond to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we will continue to take steps to maintain a safe campus for all members of our campus communities. One proactive step we are taking is to require all faculty and staff to register all international travel for University business. Additionally, while not required, it would be most appreciated and beneficial, relative to the current public health crisis associated with the Coronavirus, if you could report all international travel, business or personal. This will help us make better decisions about our campuses and will benefit the Mercer community. Again, your assistance in collecting this data is certainly appreciated.
Faculty and staff that anticipate traveling abroad through August 31, 2020 can register that travel using the following link: https://international.mercer.edu/study-abroad/register-my-travel/.
While this registry is typically reserved for University-sponsored travel abroad, we are now asking that all international travel either for University business or for personal reasons be registered using this site. If you have already registered your anticipated travel you do not need to reenter your travel.
