Blackboard Course Request Form

  • Please complete this form to request a new Blackboard course shell, or the restoration of a previously used WebCT course shell. Complete one form per course. For more information, contact the Learning Technologies Center.

  • Course requests should be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of class.  Course requests received after the beginning of the semester will be created as quickly as possible, but instructors may have to add students manually after drop/add period.

  New Course: I need a new course shell which I will use to teach a course offered for academic credit at Mercer University.  

 

  Restoration: I have used Blackboard before, and I need to restore an old course from WebCT.
