In the eyes of the brothers and friends of Georgia Psi, there has been vast improvements made over the past several years. However, with the conclusion of this year, we know we have left our mark as a chapter to be recognized and applauded.

The scholarship program is continually being adapted to suit the chapter's needs. Our mid-term evaluation for each member was continued. This policy includes incentives and reprimands for those with improvements or declines respectively, in the area of academics. A chapter book exchange is being arranged for the start of next semester.

Philanthropy is a fast growing aspect of the Georgia Psi chapter. Our 3rd annual charity Tug-of-War, involving all of the sororities on campus, was put on in September of 2000 to raise money for the local Red Cross. The chapter also helped conduct a Red Cross art auction during the past Spring. The chapter has also acquired an ongoing project, keeping the grounds for a local historic antebellum house.

There have been numerous amendments to the chapter by-laws over the past year. The various subjects of these amendments include attendance policies, the scholarship program, and the re-establishment of an internal judicial board. This board has never played a role in the chapter's activities in the past. However, it was determined that as the chapter's size increases, there is also a rising demand for a method to hold members accountable for their actions.

There were several awards given to the chapter at the end of the year, including second place in total initiates, third in campus involvement, and third in intramural sports. Together with Phi Mu sorority, the overall homecoming award was also won for the third year in a row.
