Soccer Team Entry Form

Once you have successfully filled out the form you will be taken back to the Recreation page.  Please be sure to carefully select the sport you are entering.

Soccer will begin on Monday, November 16th and will run until approximately December 10.  Games are scheduled Monday through Thursday 5:30pm until 10:30pm and on Sunday 3:00 pm through 8:00 pm.

IMPORTANT: The Captains Meeting for Soccer is Tuesday, November 10 in the University Center Classroom.  For your convenience, three captains meetings will be held: 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm.  Each team is only required to attend one meeting.  However, a representative may only represent one Same Gender team and one Co-Rec team. 

DO NOT BE LATE TO THIS MEETING!!!  THE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED, AND LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

The New Penalty for missing the MANDATORY captains meeting, as outlined in the new Policies and Procedures manual is as follows:

NOTICE TO PLAY: As the captain you are entering a team that is committed to play all intramural games scheduled by the Intramural Department for that team. It will be your responsibility to check all game times or changes to the schedule. In addition, the team will conduct themselves in a manner adhering to that of the Intramural Policies and Procedures Manual, and Mercer University.  Failure to comply with any of the above may result in a forfeit.
