Applied Science/Organization Leadership Degree
Mercer’s College of Continuing and Professional Studies is committed to serving adult learners with distinctive interdisciplinary undergraduate and graduate degree programs that integrate theory and practice in innovative ways. The newest offering in Mercer’s portfolio, the College was established in 2003. A number of Continuing and Professional Studies degrees are available through The Mercer Evening and Weekend Degree Program, including a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Organization Leadership.
This is an accelerated, 16-month degree completion program for mid-career adults who already have two years of college credit, and who are seeking leadership roles and career advancement in private or public sector organizations. Applicants must have at least four years of full-time work experience, 60 hours of general education requirements from a regionally accredited institution, and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
