Puckrein, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Minority Quality Forum, Inc., as it distingushed lecturer on March 20, 2008 for the Fourth Annual G. Van Greene Distinguished Lecture. Dr. Puckrein spoke to a packed audience of faculty, students, and invited guests on "Building a 21st Century Health Care System."
