Find Your Future

Our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree offers many ways to personalize your education, including entrepreneurship, a combined MBA and more. Don't have a Bachelor's degree? you're able to earn one while working towards a PharmD. Mercer also has robust, research-based MS and PhD programs.

Mercer prepared me to become a pharmacist inside and outside of the classroom. I am a first-generation college graduate and earned the first doctoral degree in my family. I’m looking forward to becoming a pharmacist near the community where I grew up and helping patients there.

Tuyet-Trinh To, PharmD '22, Pharmacist, Kroger

At Mercer, faculty were encouraging and supportive of students exploring traditional and non-traditional career paths. I took every opportunity to explore pharmacy, including taking varied elective courses, working in retail and hospital settings, opting for extra rotations, and partnering with faculty to conduct and publish primary research.

The training I received prepared me for the work I’m doing now, especially during moments of the pandemic that could have been overwhelming. I would not have been as successful without what I learned through classes and rotations at Mercer.

I’m forever grateful for the outstanding education I received at Mercer. My former classmates are in so many different leadership roles because of the training they received at Mercer—from research and development, clinical pharmacy, and medicine—it runs the gamut.

Ngozi F. Anachebe ‘93, Inaugural Vice Dean, Educational Affairs Associate Professor, Obstetrics & Gynecology Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine

Mercer University College of Pharmacy was the institution that encouraged, developed, and supported my development as a pharmacist and healthcare provider. I’ve used my training and experiences at Mercer in various hospital and industry positions to provide exceptional patient care and support the development of students, clinicians, and residents.
