At the beginning of the academic year, the programs must establish 3 to 5 outcomes or objectives. They then must provide 2 means of assessment and criteria for success for each outcome or objective. Then throughout the year, the program will gather data and enter that data into the assessment record by the end of the academic year. To "close the loop," the program will enter how that data was used to improve the program.
