Hobbies
I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have visited some very interesting places. My wanderings have taken me to over 30 states and several Canadian provinces, England and Wales, France, Nigeria, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Belize, New Zealand, and Australia.. My all-time favorite location is the Galapagos Islands, where I spent two weeks during 1976. My next major adventure is 2003, when I hope to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with my daughters (we will be celebrating birthdays that end in 0).
Other hobbies include water sports such as skiing and swimming, snow skiing, gardening, yoga, flying, and riding my Harley. I have included a photo of my favorite form of transportation, my 1991 FXRS Low Rider. The picture appeared in our local newspaper because I parked my bike on the steps of Mercer's engineering school on my 40th birthday, which caused quite a stir.
