Shared experiences bind a friendship or a community, and Wilderness Weekend gives FYX students the opportunity to grow closer to their professors, preceptors, and classmates.

Students must overcome their fears and work together to achieve goals that would be impossible alone. No student leaves without a story to tell of having conquered adversity, whether that is "The Wall" or the spider in the sleeping bag.
