ENG480S: Seminar in Literature

Every English major in the literature track must complete ENG480S during his or her senior year. This seminar presents a study of some significant topic in English or American literature not included in the regular department offerings. Students may not repeat 480S for credit.

Because of the nature of this course, the content will vary widely depending on the instructor. Below are syllabi from previous semesters, to give you a sample of how ENG480S may be taught. (These syllabi are in .PDF format: you can download the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe here if you do not already have it.)
