If you are considering transferring into Mercer University's technical communication programs, graduate or undergraduate levels, you are encouraged to start by talking with the department chair or the graduate program director.

We are eager to speak with you and to learn of your interest. While we cannot tell you definitively what will transfer, we can talk with you and give you an estimate of how your previous work can apply.

The next step is to contact Mercer University Admissions, as appropriate to your degree level. Once you apply and submit your official transcripts, we will promptly evaluate them and respond to your request for admission.

You may consult the BS or MS degree requirements and course descriptions for a rough idea of what may transfer. For graduate students, we accept up to 6 semester hours of graduate credits that have been evaluated as appropriate for the MSTCO degree.
