HEPATITIS B VACCINATION PROCEDURE

Mercer University offers a Hepatitis B Vaccination program, which is in compliance with the Federal OSHA 1910.1030 Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.
The university offers the vaccination series to employees, if the job duties are identified as providing risks for exposure to human blood,
human blood products, human tissue, and/or human body fluids.

If you have questions concerning your workplace duties and potential exposure to human bloodborne pathogens, please consult your immediate supervisor. 
If questions still remain, contact the Environmental, Health & Safety Office for further consultation.

NOTE: Each case will likely have unique circumstances.
