Bear Card Transfer Form
Beginning Spring 2009
All Students must fill out a Bear Card transfer sheet before funds can be transferred from the student's tuition account to his/her Bear Card account.
You
may complete the form below and bring it to the Office of the Bursar
in Ryals Hall or fax the form to 478-301-2663.
During a normal business week, please allow 24 hours for processing.
