The Online Writing Lab is staffed by professional tutors who can assist you with your writing for any course. Appointments are not required. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to respond to the submitted assignment. Papers received on Friday, late in the day, or during holidays may not receive responses until the next business day. Please plan accordingly. Responses will be sent to your official Mercer e-mail address only.
Guidelines for Online Writing Lab:
- All work submitted must be original and written by the Mercer student identified by name and Mercer e-mail address
- All revisions and final papers submitted to satisfy course requirements represent the student's own work
Online Writing Lab procedures:
- Tutors will not provide proofreading services
- Tutor responses will focus on thesis statements, organization, support, style, or other concerns of the composition and revision processes
