What does the ARC do?
The Academic Resource Center (ARC) plays a key role in student success at Mercer University. We take active roles in supporting student learning by providing multi-discipline tutoring, supplemental instruction, college study skills courses, and academic advising. We provide specialized support for Mercer’s student-athletes through the Student-Athlete Affairs program. The ARC also provides Mercer students with a quiet and inviting place to study and engage in course work. Our facilities provide students with access to computers and printing and scanning capabilities through our computer lab. The ARC employs many of Mercer University’s students as lab assistants, tutors, and supplemental instruction leaders. Our student workers are knowledgeable and eager to assist their fellow Mercerians.
