Simply put, we are a group of volunteers who have a common goal: Improvement of ourselves and the world around us. Through volunteerism and service to the nation, our communities, our colleges, and our individual chapters, we foster the principles of leadership and friendship. Since our inception in 1925, Alpha Phi Omega has grown to more than three hundred thousand brothers across the country and over seven hundred chapters not just around the country, but around the world. There are now chapters in Australia, Canada and the Philippines. Alpha Phi Omega was founded on the ideals of the Boy Scouts of America, and although scouting affiliation is no longer required for membership, we strongly believe in the Scout Oath and Law. From these beginnings, we have derived our three cardinal principles: Leadership, Friendship and Service. VISION MISSION VALUES OBJECTIVES |
