WHO: The Georgia Supreme Court
WHAT: The Supreme Court will hear arguments on three cases in an official session of the court.
WHEN: 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 23
WHERE: The Moot Court Room of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, 1021 Georgia Ave., Macon.
WHY: The Georgia Supreme Court is returning to Mercer after hearing arguments in a similar session in October 1997. The Court conducts sessions in alternative locations as an educational service to those studying law. The three cases that will be on the docket for the session at Mercer come from Fulton County and Daugherty County and involve medical malpractice and judicial notice.
