Dr. Fred Craddock to Conduct Preaching Workshop
at Mercer University's McAfee School of Theology

ATLANTA Ð Nationally acclaimed preacher Dr. Fred Craddock will present a workshop titled "Taking P301 Again for the First Time: How We Can Stay Fresh in Our Own Preaching" on six consecutive Thursdays from 1-3 p.m., Oct. 4 through Nov. 8, in Cecil B. Day Hall on Mercer's Cecil B. Day Graduate and Professional Campus in Atlanta. The cost is $150, and participants should register by calling (678) 547-6470 or (888) 471-9922.

Craddock is the Bandy Distinguished Professor of Preaching and New Testament emeritus at the Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta. He is an ordained minister in the Disciples of Christ Church and preaches regularly at the Cherry Log Christian Church in Blue Ridge, Ga.

He has served pastorates in Tennessee and Oklahoma, taught at the Graduate Seminary of Phillips University in Enid, Okla., and written 16 books, including works on preaching and commentaries on John, Philippians and Luke.
