USA TODAY and Freedom Forum Executives to Speak at Mercer University's Executive Forum

WHO:  Charles Overby, chairman and CEO of The Freedom Forum, a non-partisan international foundation dedicated to free press and speech, and Allen Neuharth, founder of The Freedom Forum and USA TODAY, and former chairman and CEO of Gannett Company Inc.

WHAT:  Will present a joint lecture titled, "USA TODAY/Journalism Tomorrow" at Mercer University's Executive Forum.

WHEN:  March 4, 8 a.m. in Macon, 11:30 a.m. in Atlanta

WHERE:  Mercer University's Law School Building, Moot Court Room, Macon;
Cecil B. Day Hall, Mercer University Atlanta campus, located off Chamblee-Tucker Road in northeast Atlanta

WHY:  Overby and Neuharth's presentation is the fifth of six presentations scheduled for the 1998-99 academic year as part of Mercer's Executive Forum, a membership-driven, business outreach, networking and enrichment program of Mercer's Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics.
